For self-serve CSV, use our template. For assisted import, we review your files and map unit numbers, names, and contacts into the directory.

- Standard CSVs: same day. Messy multi-source migrations: 2–3 business days. We’ll give an estimate after reviewing your files.
- Is assisted import free?
- CSV self-serve is free on every tier. White-glove migration (we do the mapping) is $199 one-time. See add-ons on the pricing page.
- What can we export?
- Directory, consent log, message history, violation records, and documents. CSV for tabular data; ZIP of originals for documents.
- What happens if we leave?
- You can export everything and close your account. No lock-in. Data is purged 30 days after cancellation (unless you’re in active audit hold).
